• Must be at least 18 years
• Must be able to pass E-Verify
• Must wear approved safety glasses, equipment, gear, etc. (PPE) at all times
• Be able to read a tape measure down to the 1/16” accurately
• Be able to convert fractions to decimals
• Be able to work off drawings and schematics to fabricate parts
• Must be able to use hand tools such as a screw gun, caulk gun, protractor, snips, etc.
• Must have attention to detail and be able to follow directions
• Must be in well enough physical shape to occupy and work in a fast-paced environment. The lifting of 75lbs., bending over, neeling, and other physical activities are required for this position
• Must be willing to work in multiple areas of the Production shop
• A high degree of accuracy and exactness is extremely important in the performance of this job
• It is sometimes necessary to work additional hours above and beyond a typical 40-hour work week to complete our schedule needs. Overtime and weekend work is required
• Present yourself in a professional and courteous manner at all times

• Work safely and always have on the correct PPE for a given task
• Fabricating metal panels, trim parts, and substrate parts for engineered wall systems
• Work as an operator or helper on CNC Shear
• Work as an operator or helper on CNC Press Brake
• Work as an operator or helper on CNC Panel Folder
• Work as an operator or helper on CNC Turret Punch
• Work as an operator or helper on CNC Horizontal Band Saw
• Work cutting aluminum extrusions on the chop saw and band saw
• Working on a Drill Press
• Welding position available. Aluminum welding experience preferred
• Building crates that will include working with air nail guns and air staplers
