REPORTS TO: Production Manager 

JOB PURPOSE:

Role designed for individuals interested in the construction, metal fabrication, and CNC machine operation field.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Work safely and always wear the correct PPE for a given task
• Fabricating ACM, HPL, Fiber Cement panels for engineered wall systems
• Work as an operator or helper on CNC Router
• Work cutting aluminum extrusions on the chop saw and band saw
• Building crates that will include working with air nail guns and air staplers

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Must be at least 18 years
• Be able to read a tape measure down to the 1/16” accurately
• Be able to work off drawings and schematics to fabricate parts
• Must be able to use hand tools, screw gun, caulk gun, protractor, snips, etc.
• Must have attention to detail and be able to follow directions
• Must be in well enough physical shape to occupy and work in a fast-paced environment. The lifting of 75 lbs., bending over, kneeling, and other physical activities are required for this position
• Must be willing to work in multiple areas of the Production shop
• A high degree of accuracy and exactness is extremely important in the performance of this job
• It is sometimes necessary to work additional hours above and beyond a typical 40-hour workweek to complete our schedule needs
