The 44-acre property in Gaithersburg, MD includes 450,000 square feet of flexible commercial/warehouse space between two identical Class A buildings and a 10,000-square-foot retail development with future plans for a linear park. The site is located along Interstate 270 and just 6 miles from the beltway and 20 miles northwest of downtown Washington D.C. MillerClapperton fabricated 4,500 square feet of Metal Composite Material for the project.
