Junction at Krog District

Situated on the border between two of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods, directly connected to the Atlanta Beltline, Junction at Krog District features 9,000 square feet of restaurants and commercia space below 135,000 square feet of class A office space. The six-story, LEED Gold-certified project offers three, 45,000-square-foot office floors with open spaces, lots of light, and direct access to the outdoors. A “front porch” features 7,000 square feet of greenery, local artwork, firepits and restaurants. There are more than 11,000 square feet of elevated outdoor space for office workers, as well as direct access to all floors via an exterior staircase. Amenities include a concierge/valet, 206 parking spots on two floors, rooftop area, sundeck, walking/biking trails, 100-bike capacity bike storage, coffee bar, on-site restaurants and retail. Junction at Krog District is a sustainable redevelopment project that will connect 45 intown neighborhoods by a 22-mile loop of multi-use trails, parks and streetcars.

MillerClapperton fabricated and installed Metal Composite Material (MCM) panels in Gray Velvet, Dark Silver Gray and Bright Metallic Copper; Profiled Single-Skin metal panels; aluminum custom water-jet panels in five perforated patterns; 0.125-inch plate; and Perforated Aluminum panels.
