With more companies looking to find office space, sustainable features are one way to make a building more desirable. LEED-certified building and bringing rent premiums of 3% to 4%, and energy-efficient commercial properties are surpassing less efficient properties by 5% in total returns. A new report, “Strategic Decarbonization Planning: Turning Vision into Value in Commercial Real Estate” features insights from CBRE, the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), into how facilities managers and building owners can plan for decarbonization improvements to improve sustainability and occupant satisfaction.

The Woodruff Arts Center is currently undergoing a landscaping and redevelopment project that will be blend the campus into the surrounding street grid. The project includes transforming the underused Rich Auditorium at the Memorial Arts Building into new performance stages and play spaces called the Goizueta Stage for Youth and Families. For this project, MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 825 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM) and 135 square feet of Plate Aluminum Panels.

The revenue of this group rose 11.8% to $671.4 billion in 2025, propelled by the surge of data center projects that have increased the need for power generation and infrastructure.
