The new Pickens Hall is a central academic hub on the Tri-County Technical College’s Pendelton campus. The original 42,000-square-foot building built in 1963 is being replaced with a modern, two-story, 52,000-square-foot facility designed to support the college’s evolving academic mission. The building will be home to the Business and Public Services, Academic and Career Foundations, Early Childhood Education, and Lifetime Fitness and Wellness programs.
MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 9,000 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM) panels and 800 square feet of Profile Single-Skin (PSS) panels, to give the new hub a clean, contemporary exterior.
