$18-$22 Entry Level

Job Purpose

The Field Operations Panel Installer is responsible for installing exterior wall cladding systems, including MCM panels, with minimal supervision. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires knowledge of installation practices, safety standards, and the ability to support and mentor team members. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow installation drawings accurately. 
  • Install exterior cladding material, insulation, and zee furring channels with quality and efficiency. 
  • Seal joints and penetrations using caulking and waterproofing techniques. 
  • Conduct safety checks on equipment and maintain OSHA compliance. 
  • Identify and address safety hazards to prevent incidents. 
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and coordinate with the Foreman or Superintendent. 
  • Travel will be required, including out-of-state assignments. 
Required Skills & Qualifications: All training is provided
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Ability to obtain an OSHA certification and complete all safety training 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in using digital tools like iPads on job sites. 
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and navigate rough terrain. 
  • Work at heights on platforms, lifts, scaffolds, and stairs. 
  • Daily exposure to outdoor construction site conditions.
