OFFICE POSITION

Production Fabricator

Reports To

Production Manager

Job Purpose

Role designed for individuals interested in the construction, metal fabrication, and CNC machine operation field.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties

Work safely and always wear the correct PPE for a given task
Fabricating ACM, HPL, Fiber Cement panels for engineered wall systems
Work as an operator or helper on CNC Router
Work cutting aluminum extrusions on the chop saw and band saw
Building crates that will include working with air nail guns and air staplers

Required Skills & Abilities

Must be at least 18 years
Be able to read a tape measure down to the 1/16” accurately
Be able to work off drawings and schematics to fabricate parts
Must be able to use hand tools, screw gun, caulk gun, protractor, snips, etc.
Must have attention to detail and be able to follow directions
Must be in well enough physical shape to occupy and work in a fast-paced environment. The lifting of 75 lbs., bending over, kneeling, and other physical activities are required for this position
Must be willing to work in multiple areas of the Production shop
A high degree of accuracy and exactness is extremely important in the performance of this job
It is sometimes necessary to work additional hours above and beyond a typical 40-hour workweek to complete our schedule needs
