1105 West Peachtree is a mixed-use development located between 12th Street and Peachtree Walk in Atlanta’s Midtown district. The project contains approximately 16,858 square feet of retail, 67 residential condo units, 178-key hotel, 30-story office tower, and structured parking for 1,500 vehicles. The office, hotel, and residential buildings all overlook a shared 39,261-square-foot amenity plaza located above structured parking on Level 9. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed Metal Composite Material (MCM) panels for the project.
