1812 Broadway is a mixed-use project in the heart of Nashville. The ideal location near Music Row makes it easy for visitors and residents to enjoy music events, museums, fine dining, sports, and art. The project is both hospitality and residential, with the Hotel Fraye, a Curio Collection by Hilton, with 200 rooms and two suites, plus a 26-story residential complex atop a parking garage and retail space. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed metal composite material (MCM) and perforated aluminum plate for the project.
