The College Football Hall of Fame won ENR’s 2015 Best of the Best in Sports/Entertainment. The most attractive and interesting feature of this building is the 80-foot rotunda which looks like a football standing on end—clad with 41,000 square feet of metal composite material (MCM) panels in three custom colors. MillerClapperton engineered, fabricated, and installed the panels on this project’s most prominent and complex structure. We also installed over 8,800 square feet of champagne-colored, perforated, deep-rib Hefti-Rib panels on the parking deck abutting the Hall of Fame—adding interest to an otherwise bland concrete parking deck structure. The project received LEED BD+C Silver certification in 2015.
