The new Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic is located less than a mile from the Mayo Clinic Hospital, offering easy access to top medical facilities. The eight-story, 252-room hotel is the first full-service hotel in Jacksonville in almost two decades. The hotel combines world-class hospitality with the easygoing spirit of coastal Florida. It is also one of the newest Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties to feature the brand’s refreshed identity, a modernized expression of Hilton, reflected through enhanced design and reimagined service touchpoints. The hotel has 16,000 square feet of indoor event space and a 5,000-square-foot outdoor patio with pool. Additional amenities include a fitness center, on-site restaurant, bar/lounge, and grocery/convenience store.
For this project, MillerClapperton fabricated and installed approximately 24,200 square feet of Equitone fiber cement panels; 19,700 square feet of Alucobond metal composite material panels; 2,400 square feet of Morin profile single-skin panels; 4,400 square feet of Knotwood aluminum siding and 6,250 linear feet of AlumaBattens.
