Savannah College of Art and Design’s (SCAD) FORTY is an on-campus residential community that has both apartment and suite-style housing. The 14-story tower has two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom suites, and four-bedroom pods. All apartments include a living room, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. All suites include a living room, segmented bathroom, and kitchenette area. There is study space, event space, and dining opportunities. FORTY also has event space and a rooftop terrace on the building’s 14th floor offering sweeping viewAs of Atlanta. This space offers capacity of up to 225 guests and includes a catering kitchen outfitted to support events of all types. For this project, MillerClapperton fabricated and installed Metal Composite Material (MCM) panels.
