Located in Atlanta, Georgia, The Works Parking Garage is settled in a new development on the Upper Westside of Atlanta. The Works at Chattahoochee is an 80-acre Upper development, which is now home to Chattahoochee Food Works, a 31-stall food hall, and will eventually feature 500 residences and a boutique hotel. Renovations on the historic industrial area began in late 2017 and new tenants are lining up for what is poised to be a vibrant mixed-use community. The master plan preserves the character of Atlanta’s historic industrial Upper Westside, while infusing new retail, office, residential, entertainment, and open spaces to complete the multi-phase development.
