What makes Twelve24 truly unique is the fifth-floor Sky Lobby, Great Room, and amenity floor all with breathtaking views and expansive outdoor deck amenities. Additionally, Twelve24 is the only multi-tenant office building with direct access to the Dunwoody Marta station through an elevated skybridge. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed Metal Composite Material (MCM) and Profiled Single-Skin panels on the project.
