Westside Paper is the redevelopment of the former Atlanta Paper Co., built in 1950. Located on a 15-acre site along the Atlanta BeltLine’s Westside Trail, the initial phase is an adaptive re-use of the existing building with a 65,000-square-foot new construction overbuild. A future spur trail of the Atlanta Beltline is planned for the property’s western edge. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed Metal Composite Material (MCM) panels for the project.
