Energage Names MillerClapperton a Winner of the Top Workplaces USA 2022 Award

Austell, Georgia (February 3, 2022) – The Miller-Clapperton Partnership, Inc. (MillerClapperton), a national fabricator and installer of engineered cladding systems, has been named a 2022 Top Workplaces USA award winner by Energage. This marks the second year Energage has presented Top Workplaces USA, and the first year MillerClapperton has been named to this prestigious list.

Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
This year, more than 1,100 companies across 60 regional markets were recognized as 2022 Top Workplaces USA national winners (and more specifically 629 companies in the 150-499 employee category), the category to which MillerClapperton was named.
