The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Names MillerClapperton a Winner of the Atlanta Top Workplaces 2021 Award

Austell, Georgia (March 22, 2021) – The Miller-Clapperton Partnership, Inc. (MillerClapperton), a
national fabricator and regional installer of engineered cladding systems, has once again been recognized
as a Top Workplace in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The list is based solely on employee feedback
gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous
survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any
organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

According to the AJC, more than 3,200 companies were nominated in this year’s competition. Of those
nominated, 244 businesses representing 56,000 workers in the Atlanta region participated in the survey
and there were 175 finalists. A total of 70 companies were named in the midsize business category, with
MillerClapperton ranked #55 overall. This is the sixth year in a row that MillerClapperton has been
recognized as a Top Workplace by the AJC. In 2020, the company ranked #52 of 63 businesses in the
medium-sized business category.
In the past year, MillerClapperton has also been ranked as a Top Specialty Contractor in the Southeast
by Engineering News-Record and as a Top Metal Company by Glass Magazine.
