#4 PROJECT SPOTLIGHT



Capitol View
MillerClapperton is proud to have fabricated MCM for the Capitol View mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee, which was named ‘Development of the Year” in 2017 by the Nashville Chapter of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Association. This upscale facility hosts 84,000 square feet of shared dining and conference space, 26,500 square feet of retail lease space, and a 1,900-car garage to support the new urban development. This project achieved the LEED Silver precertification by the U.S. Green Building Council.

#5 CURRENT PROJECT





Stardust West
MillerClapperton fabricated over 7,000 square feet of MCM from Reynobond to create a unique facade design on the Stardust West project in Miami, Florida. This project consists of a custom MillerClappterton attachment system with lighting in-between and behind the panels to create a dynamic architectural effect. Stardust West is a high-end retail space located in the Miami shopping district, approximately half a mile west of Biscayne Bay.
