Another helpful tool we suggest is the Crane Watch by The Business Journals.  The Crane Watch is an interactive map that displays the major project developments from the proposal phase to completion in most major cities across the country.

Users can easily monitor projects from this map where each project is pinned with information such as the project details, timing, scope, developers, photos, and related articles. 

The Crane Watch currently covers 40 markets in the United States and here are several of the Metal Construction Association’s recently named Top 20 Construction Growth Markets for you.

This 21-story tower features over 84,000 square-feet of MCM and HPL cladding as well as over 7,000 square-feet of perforated corrugated panels. One challenge of this building was to install material on a skybridge spanning over water and connecting the two existing hotel towers. Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Hotel Tower III is a $120 M, 500,000 square-foot project.

MillerClapperton is currently working on the new Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) facility in Kennesaw, GA. CHOA is one of the nation’s top ranking pediatric research hospitals in the country and is expecting to serve even more patients with the expansion of this new Outpatient Care Center. This project includes 7,200 square-feet of terracotta tiles from NBK America, and 2,900 square-feet of single skin panels from Petersen. The terracotta is unique for these projects because the tiles are vertically oriented as opposed to the horizontal application typically found on most buildings.
