We are looking to expand our project management team at our MillerClapperton Mid-Atlantic location in Merrifield, Virginia.
Project Managers are responsible for managing a project from the post- sale point through the project closeout. The Project Manager’s responsibilities span directly and indirectly across all departments within the company, with the goal of bringing a project in on time, under budget, and with a very satisfied customer.

Do you know about the Metal Construction Association (MCA)? The MCA is an organization of manufacturers and suppliers founded in 1983 whose goal is to promote the use of metal in the building envelope through marketing, education, and action on public policies that affect metal’s use.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa
This week’s project spotlight goes out to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, Florida. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed approximately 25,500 square feet of Alpolic MCM. The panels are located on the parking garage, pedestrian bridges, and exterior walls of this project. This project was awarded the Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Eagle Award.

STEM Building at Bossier Parish Community College
We are finishing up installing over 25,000 square feet of MCM on the STEM Building at Bossier Parish Community College in Bossier City, Louisiana. This building size is 80,000 square feet with a total project cost of over $52 million. Bossier Parish Community College is a two-year community college located in Northwest Louisiana, and is one of the fastest growing community colleges in the nation, according to Community College Week! The programs at Bossier Parish Community College are specifically designed to align with regional, high-demand employment sectors such as nursing, oil and gas tech, construction management, and engineering. This building will help with these studies by providing students with state-of-the-art classrooms and labs.
