Under construction in downtown Jacksonville is a new parking garage for VyStar Credit Union. The 807-space garage will be mainly used by VyStar employees at the company’s growing downtown headquarters campus, but it will also have spaces for a new redevelopment project a block away. The garage which has been praised for its modern design will be complete this summer and MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 2,200 square feet of Metal Composite Material, 14,300 square feet of Single Skin, and 3,600 square feet of Composite Wood for the project.

In recent years, Atlanta has been consistently ranked as one of the country’s fastest growing metropolitan areas. Since the Olympic Games 25 years ago, Atlanta has “fancied itself an international city and player on the global stage,” and a new survey backs that up in terms of valuable real estate.
