The revamped program introduces expanded alignment pathways and a redesigned platform experience that broadens how manufacturers, service and solutions providers demonstrate WELL Building Standard alignment and support healthier spaces.

Opened on May 22, 2026, the Alan B. Miller Medical Center is the first new hospital in northern Palm Beach County since 1979. The seven-story, 365,000-square-foot acute care hospital features a range of services including cardiology, stroke care, orthopedics, surgeries and more. Situated on a 34-acre campus just off I-95, the hospital features 156 private patient rooms, including six suites, with room to grow as the community grows. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 35,200 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM) panels; 25,500 square feet of single-skin metal panels; and 800 square feet of louvers for this project.

Is it increasingly just about price?
We spend a lot of time, energy, and money building relationships.Many times, we spend months, or even years, working through multiple rounds of drawings and budgets. Then we get to bid day, and it often comes down to the lowest number, sometimes by the slimmest of margins.
