A new, 16-story curved office tower is taking shape adjacent to Perimeter Mall and the Dunwoody MARTA station. Once complete, the project will bring 334,000 square feet of Class A office space and 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space to the site. A bridge will connect the building to an existing MARTA parking deck and station. For this project, MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 23,255 square feet of Metal Composite Material and 36,882 square feet of Single Skin in various profiles.

New construction starts in July advanced 2 percent from the previous month, according to Dodge Data & Analytics. This is the third consecutive monthly increase for total construction starts, following double-digit gains in May, followed by 9 percent in June. Nonresidential building slipped by 4 percent in July, following a 16 percent increase reported in June.
