Known as 155 Radnor, this project is part of the Randor Life Sciences Center, a 26-acre mixed-use campus in the heart of Philadelphia’s Main Line. The four-story, 145,000-square-foot building is designed around the theory that people possess an evolutionary affinity for nature that is vital to human health and well-being. The building’s architecture is intrinsically linked to the natural environment, and prioritizes wellness with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, walking paths and more. Amenities also include a shared conference center, gaming area, an outdoor courtyard with landscaped grounds, fire pits and a water feature. A premium HVAC filtration system boasts superior air quality and touchless building features. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 10,200 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM) and 500 square feet of Plate Aluminum Panels for this project.
