Lenbrook, a Life Plan Community located in the heart of Atlanta, is undergoing a $100 million expansion called Kingsboro at Lenbrook, that will feature 53 new residences built to serve today’s and tomorrow’s seniors’ needs and desires. The project will have independent flats and villas, each with high-end finishes and a focus on biophilia. The design will incorporate nature to enhance overall well-being by using natural lighting and colors while surrounded by green space. MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 4,600 square feet of Metal Composite Material for this unique project.
