360 Rosemary is a best-in class office building located in the heart of West Palm Beach. The 20-story, modern building brings state-of-the-art, connected and innovative workspaces to the area, with loft-style office space and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also 10,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space, including two terraces and high-speed elevators with destination dispatch technology. MillerClapperton fabricated 6,700 square feet of Metal Composite Material for the project, which was completed last year and designed as a LEED Gold CS development.
