Recommendation: Good To Great by Jim Collins

Shared in our June 7th issue:

Good to Great by Jim Collins may be one of the most referenced business books throughout the entrepreneurial world. Good to Great is a management book by Jim Collins that describes how companies transition from being good companies to great companies. If you haven’t read it, you should. I revisit the principles and findings from this book often and try to re-read it every year. Inside you will find great foundational business principles that we should all consider. One of my favorite principles is about finding the right people to get on the bus and finding out where they sit. We’re always looking for the right people, so I want to take this opportunity to invite those folks to hop on our bus and visit current job openings here.
