Northside Medical Cumberland is the hospital’s latest addition to Atlanta’s health care community. Located at the corner of Cumberland Parkway and Atlanta Road, the three-story, 60,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art medical office building houses imaging services, primary care offices, and urgent care. The top floor has an infusion clinic, offering 360-degree views of the city for those receiving chemotherapy treatments. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 24,200 square feet of Metal Composite Material and 6,200 square feet of Profiled Single Skin for the project.

This past year, adaptive reuse project Westside Paper, celebrated its grand opening in Atlanta. The project was one of the last large historical warehouses to find a new purpose in the West Midtown area. “The revitalization of this historical campus demonstrates a commitment to preserving Atlanta’s character while embracing its ever-evolving spirit,” according to the developer. The project proudly celebrates the convergence of local talent and creativity to deliver a unique shopping and dining experience. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 19,600 square feet of Metal Composite Material with its System 1500 rainscreen attachment system.

The new Advanced Technology and Applied Science (ATAS) building at Saddleback College is located in Mission Viejo, CA. The design of the 52,100 SF project showcases the diverse programs that are housed inside the ATAS building, including Architecture Drafting, Computer Technology, Marine Biology, and Horticulture to name a few. The project was also selected as a 2023 winner in the DBIA’s Western Pacific Region annual Design Build Awards Program. MillerClapperton fabricated 5,500 square feet of Metal Composite Material for the project.

Product: ALUCOBOND PLUS (MCM)

Architect: William Rawn Associates Architects, Inc.
The Vanderbuilt University Owen Graduate School of Management underwent a $55 million renovation and expansion that extended the business school’s space by 50 percent, for a total of 48,000 square feet. The expanded, four-story building includes areas to better accommodate the wider Vanderbuilt and Nashville business communities. MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 13,000 square feet of Metal Composite Material for the project.

Architect: Forum
SCAD Forty Four and Forty Five are the latest additions to residential housing, as well as other amenities on the Midtown Atlanta campus for the arts school. The two buildings are connected to an earlier MillerClapperton project, SCAD Forty, to create an interior courtyard that features lawn ornaments and a large video screen clad in Metal Composite Material for movie nights and other events. For the project, MillerClapperton fabricated 37,600 square feet of Metal Composite Material and 89,100 square feet of Profiled Single Skin in various profiles.
