West End Square 50
Located in one of the District of Columbia’s wealthiest areas, this unique project combines a stylish new fire station and a $12 million squash facility with 55 units of affordable workforce housing. The ultra-modern building replaces an aging two-story fire station and injects palpable activity into an inward-facing neighborhood. Three distinctly different spaces each serving their own purpose and articulated by color and material, are combined in a single structure. For this project, MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 9,720 square feet of perforated corrugated panels, 1,796 square feet of perforated aluminum panels, and 346 square feet of Metal Composite Material panels.

Piedmont Fayette Wellness Center
The Piedmont Fayette Wellness Center is currently under construction and once completed, it will serve as one of the main anchors of Pinewood Forest’s town center. The two-story building will feature 60,000 square feet of exercise and healthcare space. In addition to gym and fitness, the space will be used for medical professionals including physical therapists and exercise physiologists. For this project, MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 3,626 square feet of Metal Composite Material panels and 3,075 square feet of Profiled Single Skin panels.
