The suburbs are most definitely changing. For several reasons, and to some degree as a result of the pandemic, residents are leaving cities in droves in search of more space and more favorable living conditions. It’s becoming harder to tell where cities end and suburbs begin. For many years, there were distinct architectural markers that clearly delineated what was urban from what was suburban, but that boundary has begun to blur. It’s clear that the suburbs we once knew won’t be the suburbs of the future.
