The Boeing Company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of commercial jetliners, defense, and space and security systems, is opening a new, one-story fabrication center in Mesa, AZ. Located on 21+ acres, the 155,00-square-foot building is designed to complement surrounding buildings within the Mesa Boeing campus. MillerClapperton will fabricate 1,450 square feet of Metal Composite Material for the project.

The Metal Construction Association (MCA) is optimistic about 2022. “While the construction industry, like most, continues to be constrained by supply chain bottlenecks and labor shortages,” analyses performed by the MCA show continued growth for 2022 and beyond. The outlook is mixed by sector, but there are bright spots for the industrial and  institutional markets, which are expected to be the biggest drivers of growth.
