AnMed Health Medical Center’s Freestanding Emergency Department in Piedmont, SC, opened in May. The emergency department is the first wing of the campus, with the medical office spaces opening earlier this month. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to deliver high-quality emergency care in a community-focused environment. The 55,000-square-foot campus has 24/7 emergency care, outpatient imaging, lab testing, and physical and occupational therapy. For this project, MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 7,700 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM) panels in three colors and 2,700 square feet of Fiber Cement panels.
