The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) has released the latest rankings of the 2022 Global Liveability Index, which ranks the world’s most liveable cities. Cities were classified across 5 categories including stability, healthcare, education, culture and the environment, and infrastructure, but the index was still largely driven by the COVID-19 pandemic. Although restrictions eased in many parts of the world, the global average score remained below the pre-pandemic time. Western European and Canadian cities dominated the top positions with Vienna first, Copenhagen second, and Zurich and Calgary in third place. The biggest climbers in this year’s edition were Western European cities, with Frankfurt advancing 32 places over the past year.

545wyn is a new construction, 298,000-square-foot creative office and exclusive retail building that’s located in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The project was created to elevate Miami’s standard office experience, to authentically reflect Wynwood’s vibrancy, and to engage the neighborhood. The 10-story building has a 14,000-square-foot tenant amenity floor with an indoor/outdoor lounge and on-site fitness center. MillerClapperton fabricated 3,700 square feet of Metal Composite Material for the project.

Travel seems to be top of mind for many Americans these days and if you’re looking to get out of the country or even to another state, there’s a new list of top destinations worth exploring. Each year, Tripadvisor releases a series of awards and recently unveiled its ‘Best of the Best Things to Do” in 11 categories, including the top world and US attractions, amusements parks, and best overall experiences. The top attraction on this year’s list a uniquely designed cathedral in Barcelona that has been under construction since 1882, and there are two locations in the U.S. in the top ten.

“Photos frame ephemeral moments and use these captures to tell stories in a much more straightforward way than the actual space does. While the margins of photos are already frames of images, creating a second frame within the image is a powerful way to direct the focus. When the photo is divided by the second frame, there are usually contrasts between the inside and outside of the second frame.
