Society Atlanta is a social apartment community located in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta. Designed by local architecture firm Cooper Carry, Society Atlanta will feature 70,000 square feet of office space and 16,000 square feet of retail space. In addition to amenities that include a rooftop pool, restaurant, massive gym, and large co-working spaces, the development will offer traditional rental units and “Rent-by-Bedroom” (co-living) options. MillerClapperton will fabricate and install 8,400 square feet of Metal Composite Material for the project, which is slated to open next year.
