Designed by local architecture firm Cooper Carry, Society Atlanta will feature 70,000 square feet of office space and 16,000 square feet of retail space. In addition to amenities that include a rooftop pool, restaurant, massive gym, and large co-working spaces, the development will offer traditional rental units and “Rent-by-Bedroom” (co-living) options. MillerClapperton will fabricate and install 8,400 square feet of Metal Composite Material for the project, which is slated to open next year.
