Recommendation: Optimal Living Daily Podcast

Part of my daily routine is to listen to the Optimal Daily series: Health, Living, Finance, and Business. They touch on nutrition, diet, and exercise; best practices for a meaningful and practical life; how to create financial stability and embrace a minimalist lifestyle; and, the best business advice from blogs that are read to you by the podcast hosts. Each segment is short and to the point, which makes it easy to digest, so I never miss an episode. They create a new podcast 365 days / year.
