Improving living standards and providing adequate amounts of public housing has been a perpetual challenge for governments. In recognizing this struggle, new approaches in design and construction are giving rise to innovative architecture that’s finding balance between the two qualities.

A new multimillion-dollar horse racing and entertainment venue is nearing completion in Oak Grove, Kentucky. The state-of-the-art facility will feature live horse racing and horse racing machines, a 128-room hotel, a grandstand, a 3,000-seat outdoor amphitheater, and an equestrian center. MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 4,292 square feet of Metal Composite Material, 10,320 of Profiled Single Skin, and 31,512 High Pressure Laminate for this project which is scheduled to open this summer.
