The six-story, LEED Gold-certified project offers three, 45,000-square-foot office floors with open spaces, lots of light, and direct access to the outdoors. A “front porch” features 7,000 square feet of greenery, local artwork, firepits and restaurants. There are more than 11,000 square feet of elevated outdoor space for office workers, as well as direct access to all floors via an exterior staircase.

MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 25,000 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM) in Gray Velvet, Dark Silver Gray and Bright Metallic Copper; 4,700 square feet of Profiled Metal Panels; 3,800 square feet of aluminum custom water-jet panels in five perforated patterns; 1,900 square feet of 0.125-inch plate; and 800 square feet of perforated aluminum panels.
