Located at 2827 Peachtree Road in the Garden Hills neighborhood of Buckhead, the 135,000-square-foot, six-story Class A office building has a four-level parking deck and retail space. There is a motor court with valet parking for office tenants, on-site car detailing, elevated patio spaces with WiFi, a boardroom, and private balconies. The building also has a 7,000-square-foot fitness center with cardio and strength training equipment, a yoga/aerobics studio, lockers, showers and on-site personal trainers. The ground level offers 11,000 square feet of restaurant space, and 1,500 square feet of retail space.
Opened September 2023, the development transformed a long-idle, high-profile site formerly occupied by the Garden Hills Shopping Center. For the project, MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 24,700 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM), 5,200 square feet of Profiled Metal Panels at the motor court, and 10,000 square feet of Profiled Metal Panels at the garage.

Building Transparency, in partnership with KieranTimberlake, has announced the development of Tally 2.0. This updated version of the LCA tool aims to enhance the building industry’s capacity to evaluate and reduce the environmental impacts of materials and design choices. Planned updates include interactive reporting, adherence to industry standards, and user interface enhancements to improve LCA modeling. Tally 2.0 is expected to launch publicly next year.
