The complex will have 1,985 beds across 600 units ranging from studios to five-bedroom floor plans. The project will have more than 31,000 square feet of rooftop amenity space, and almost 23,000 square feet of interior amenities, including a fitness center, rooftop pool deck, dry sauna and steam room, hot yoga room, indoor spa with cold blunge, study lounges and more. Additionally, UT Knoxville will lease a new, 387-seat dining hall inside Building 1.
The first phase of the project includes the two 10-story buildings scheduled to open in June 2025, while the third, 7-story tower is expected to open in 2026. Building 1 is 10 stories with 345 units to house 1,136 students. For Building 1, MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing approximately 6,000 square feet of Metal Composite Material (MCM).
