This week, we recognize a milestone in the company’s history by celebrating four decades of working on iconic projects throughout 45 states, as well as work in 9 countries. We are proud to have worked with a talented community of designers, architects, and general contractors to deliver outstanding projects, and we thank you for trusting us as your partner over the past forty years. The first phase of this long awaited project involved adapting connected 12- and six-story office buildings into 28,000 square feet of new retail space topped by 342 luxury apartments with a canopy restaurant. The project is part of a wave of new developments along Broadway that is transforming the Uptown neighborhood, which is known for having a lot of character and its own unique culture. MillerClapperton is fabricating nearly 30,000 square feet of Metal Composite Material to build 668 panels for this project.
 

30X40 Design Workshop was founded by Eric Reinholdt, an award-winning architect, entrepreneur, and author. His channel on YouTube chronicles what it’s like to be an architect, with weekly videos that reveal the thinking, process, and ideas behind the making of architecture, with a focus on residential design. He provides architecture tutorials, portfolio and design advice for students and professionals, drawing workshops, and product + book reviews. With more than 400K subscribers, Reinhold gives viewers an inside look at a growing architecture practice.
