The new Student Athletic Performance Center at Virginia Tech is currently under construction and will replace the Jamerson Athletics Center’s Bowman Room, which has existed since 1982. The project includes a complete renovation and expansion of the fourth floor of the Jamerson Center, construction of a balcony, and 17,000 square feet for dining, nutrition, a new full-service kitchen, recruiting, and donor hospitality. Renovations also include the existing corridor connecting the fourth floor of Jamerson to Cassell Coliseum. MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 10,600 square feet of Plate Aluminum for the project. |
