Trident Technical College’s Berkeley Campus is undergoing a renovation and construction project that will transform the 40-plus-year old campus into a state-of-the-art training center. The existing 74,000-square-foot facility is being renovated along with 11,500 square feet of new construction, which will increase the student capacity from 1,000 to 3,000. Designed to support transportation and logistics training, Trident students will be uniquely qualified for careers as truck drivers, diesel mechanics and logistic professionals. For this project, MillerClapperton is fabricating and installing 11,700 square feet of Equitone Fiber Cement panels.

I started playing year-round when I was five. I played through Little League and high school, then in college, and even in a local men’s league. These days, most of my time on the field is spent coaching my kids’ baseball and softball teams, and we’re just getting started with our fall seasons.

One thing that has always been part of baseball and softball is the scoreboard.

In the years following the September 11 attacks, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey distributed 1,890 pieces of steel that were salvaged from Ground Zero to be made into memorials. Most of the more than 1,000 registered monuments around the world commemorate all 2,977 people killed that day, many are dedicated to the 343 firefighters and 71 law enforcement officers who died.
