Garvin Design Group Inc. incorporated several metal cladding applications in its design for Wyndam/Margaritaville Vacation Club’s building to express tropical aesthetics and represent the Margaritaville brand. For example, bright blue panels clad enclosed balconies at the third floor of the 22-story building, which houses 200 units.
Metal composite material (MCM) panels run uninterrupted on all faces of the building, from the ground elevation past the rooftop pool and penthouse, and a fully encased drive-through.
